Nashville Live Audit Transit Planner is a private, field-use planner for organizing nearby work opportunities, transit options, walking time, and route risk. The app is designed to keep sensitive account data off GitHub, out of public source code, and out of Vercel project files.

Information Used

The planner can use job details that you manually paste, share from your phone, or later connect through approved read-only email access. Job details may include provider name, assignment title, address, pay, due date, status, and notes needed for route planning.

If you grant browser or Android permission, the planner can use your current location to place you on the map and estimate distance to jobs or transit stops. Camera capture, if enabled, is for local field-reference photos that stay on the device unless you choose to export or share them elsewhere.

Email Access

The planned email integrations are read-only. Outlook/Hotmail uses Microsoft Graph delegated Mail.Read. Gmail uses the Gmail API readonly scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. The app should scan sender, subject, and date first, then fetch message body only when the sender/source is approved for job planning.

The planner does not request email send, delete, modify, or mailbox management access. It does not ask for your email password.

Storage

Planner settings, imported jobs, provider connection status, and route notes are stored as local app data on the device/browser where you use the app. OAuth tokens should be stored only in an approved browser OAuth cache or native Android secure storage. Passwords, cookies, MFA codes, refresh tokens, client secrets, and private API keys must not be committed to GitHub or stored in public app files.

Provider Apps

The planner can open official provider apps or login pages for Survey Merchandiser, Clickworker, Field Nation, and Field Agent. It must not bypass CAPTCHA, MFA, challenge pages, app security, or private app storage. Login remains under your control.

Transit Data

Transit suggestions use verified static GTFS schedule data and available official realtime feeds. Static schedule results are labeled as scheduled estimates. The planner should not invent route sections, stop names, or live verification when verified data is missing.

Contact

For questions about this private planner, use the account/contact email configured in the OAuth provider console for this app.
