Nashville Live Audit Transit Planner is a private planning tool for field work, transit, walking routes, job review, and local route notes. It helps organize information, but you remain responsible for confirming assignment availability, provider rules, deadlines, transit status, safety, and pay details with the official source.
Use of Work Provider Data
Only connect or import job information that you are allowed to view and use. Provider websites and phone apps may have their own terms. The planner should use official app links, visible user-approved shares, approved read-only email access, or verified APIs. It must not bypass login, CAPTCHA, MFA, challenge pages, access controls, or private app storage.
Email Permissions
Email connections are intended for read-only job discovery and route planning. Outlook access should use Microsoft Graph delegated Mail.Read. Gmail access should use https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. The planner must not send, delete, modify, or manage email.
Local Storage And Credentials
Planner data is stored locally on your device/browser unless you choose to export or deploy changes. Do not enter provider passwords, MFA codes, cookies, client secrets, refresh tokens, or private API keys into public source files, GitHub, or ordinary planner text boxes.
Transit And Route Estimates
Transit and walking guidance are planning aids. Static schedule data is an estimate, and realtime transit feeds may be delayed, unavailable, or incomplete. Always verify critical trips, routes, stops, and job timing before relying on them in the field.
No Warranty
The planner is provided as-is for personal planning support. It does not guarantee job availability, provider approval, payment, transit arrival, route safety, or legal/tax outcomes.
